Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By placing an order with pinnaclecopywriting you agree to these Terms. Please read them before purchasing.

2. Services

pinnaclecopywriting provides professional writing and content services delivered digitally. No physical goods are produced or shipped.

3. Payment

Full payment is required before work begins. All payments are processed via Stripe Checkout. The confirmed price at checkout is the total price inclusive of all selected options.

4. Commencement

Work begins within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. We send a brief intake form within 24 hours. Delivery timelines count from receipt of the completed form.

5. Revisions

Each plan includes the stated number of revision rounds. One round is one consolidated batch of feedback addressed in a single pass.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in delivered documents transfer to the client on receipt of full payment. pinnaclecopywriting retains the right to reference the project category in its portfolio unless you request otherwise before project start.

7. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential. NDAs available at no charge on request.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Funchal, Madeira, Portugal.
