Four-step process

How a project unfolds.

Four steps. Each with a documented goal.

01

Discovery

You complete a structured intake covering the audience, the purpose, the context, and what success looks like. For formal documents, we also review existing materials and previous versions. Most briefs take 25-35 minutes to complete.

02

Research

Before writing, we research the sector context, the competitive landscape, the specific audience, and the document category norms. For annual reports and white papers, this phase includes primary and secondary research review.

03

Craft

First draft with documented reasoning. Every structural decision is explained in marginal notes so feedback addresses the right level of the work. We do not accept vague feedback: if it is not clear, we ask before revising.

04

Finalize

Revision rounds are consolidated batches, not open-ended documents. Approved files delivered in your format of choice with a delivery note covering implementation, publication, or presentation guidance where relevant.

Average timeline: 6-8 business days
