Refund Policy

Our refund approach

Writing is a custom digital service. Refund eligibility depends on how far into the project delivery is at the time of the request.

Before work begins

If you cancel before we acknowledge your completed brief form, you receive a full refund within 5 business days, no conditions.

After brief receipt, before first draft

If research has begun but no draft has been delivered, a partial refund reflecting unspent work may be offered. We communicate the amount clearly.

After first draft delivery

Once a first draft has been delivered, no refund is available. The revision process exists to address quality concerns. We work through all included revision rounds.

Crisis communications

Express delivery fees for Tier 1 crisis briefs are non-refundable once work has begun.
