Digital delivery only

All pinnaclecopywriting services are delivered as digital files. No physical products are produced or shipped.

Delivery timelines

• Apex plan: 8 business days from completed brief receipt
• Summit plan: 6 business days from completed brief receipt
• Pinnacle plan: Agreed individually at project start
• Crisis communications (Tier 1): 48 business hours from brief, subject to noon receipt
• Express delivery add-on: 48 business hours from completed brief

How delivery begins

After payment, we send a brief intake form within 24 hours. Delivery timelines count from receipt of the completed form, not from payment date. Work begins within 1-2 business days of brief receipt.

Delivery formats

Default: Google Docs with commenting. Word (.docx), plain text (.txt), and PDF available on request at no extra charge.
